To return an item purchased from the online store, you must request it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in case you think it is necessary to help us continue to improve.
In case of a purchase in national or international territory, the customer is responsible for returning the product, which must be in the same condition that was delivered (full packaging and proof of purchase), at the address indicated. Once the package arrives at our store, it will be examined to verify that it is in perfect condition and then proceed to send a confirmation email to the customer indicating the refund.

Important note: in case of breakage of one or all of the items received, the customer has a maximum 24h to request a return of any item(s). In case you have received any of the broken or defective products, please send us photos of the damaged item(s) to be returned to us within 24 hours email@example.com
Until we receive the item in our store it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and keep the proof of shipment. The cost of this shipment is paid by the buyer.
